The Approach
This project was driven by detail. Working closely with an interior designer, the emphasis was on craftsmanship, material quality, and cohesion – ensuring every element felt intentional and beautifully resolved.
Rather than structural expansion, the approach centred on elevating the existing space through considered layout changes, layered lighting, bespoke joinery, and carefully curated finishes. Colour palettes and textures were selected to flow seamlessly from room to room, creating a strong visual chemistry throughout the home.
The Build
The ground floor was fully renovated to revive and modernise the living space. New lighting schemes were introduced to add warmth and depth, while bespoke joinery, refined wall panelling, and new flooring transformed the atmosphere and usability of the space.
Upstairs, two existing bedrooms were combined to create a luxurious master suite. The new layout includes a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom, designed with hotel-level finishes and attention to detail. Custom oak wardrobes were installed with integrated lighting, offering both practicality and visual impact.
The en-suite features large-format, single-slab tiles to minimise grout lines and create a clean, seamless aesthetic. Bedhead wall panelling and layered lighting complete the space, adding texture and a sense of calm luxury.
Design & Finishes
Throughout the project, finishes and furnishings were carefully selected to complement the architecture and enhance the sense of cohesion. From lighting and panelling to cabinetry and materials, every detail was executed with precision to deliver a refined, contemporary home that feels both luxurious and lived-in.

The finished property is a confident transformation of existing space, elevated through craftsmanship, detail, and thoughtful collaboration. The result is a home that feels polished, calm, and luxurious, with a consistent design language flowing seamlessly from ground floor living spaces to the private master suite above.
