We build; we do not design. Where a project comes with an architect or interior designer, their drawings are upheld at every stage and realised as intended – enhanced by good building, never altered by it. Where we can see something that will cause a problem later, we raise it early with the team rather than build it in and leave it for someone else to find.
How the work is delivered
Core building work is self-delivered by Ultra’s own teams, on site throughout the programme. Specialist trades – joinery, cabinetry and the rest – are drawn from partners we have worked with for years, coordinated and held to the same standard. One team is accountable for all of it, from the structure to the final detail.
