Exceptional Homes, Exceptionally Delivered

We worked with Scott and his team on a renovation project in Fulham. Scott was great to work with, attentive and always made time to respond to queries. As an Interior Designer it was important that the design I created was well executed and Scott certainly delivered! He followed all the drawings, designs, technical drawings and the construction process was very seamless. We dealt with any issues by working together to come up with solutions before presenting to clients. His attention to detail and high standard of finishing is excellent. My client’s are really happy and proud with their new home thanks to a well executed design by Ultra Property. Scott makes it easy and enjoyable to work with him and his team and I highly recommend Ultra Property, looking forward to working with them again!

We recently had Scott and the Ultra Property team renovate our 1930s house in Balham, and we are delighted with the final result!
As novice renovators, we really appreciated Scott’s proactivity and communication all the way through the build. From the quoting stage, they were exceptionally transparent and thorough with costings and planning. They were also very accommodating and flexible when we wanted to bring in more competitive alternative trades outside of their network.
Throughout the project, Scott was always very responsive and made sure every last snag was properly addressed. We are very happy with how everything turned out and it has really transformed the space into our own.

Scott and his team were fantastic from start to finish on an interior design project I was working on in West Hampstead. They were incredibly helpful throughout and gave me complete confidence that the work was in safe hands, allowing me to focus on my role as the designer. The project presented an unexpected challenge when we discovered damp coming through once the works began. Scott and his team dealt with the issue immediately and efficiently, resolving it without the added stress and disruption you would normally expect from something like this.Thank you to Scott and the whole team for all your hard work and support. It was a pleasure working with you, and I’m looking forward to working together again on our next project!

The Ultra Property team were fantastic in completing a recent renovation project for us.
As newbies to the home renovation game, Scott and Liam were great at giving us guidance through each stage of the project and were extremely supportive in helping us with the decision making and giving us great ideas. The communication from start to finish was amazing - always felt up to date with the progress.
All members of the Ultra Property team, including every tradesperson that come onsite, were highly professional, personable and knowledgeable - it was so reassuring to know that we were in such safe hands! Highly recommend and we very much hope to work with the team again in the future.

Scott and the team at Ultra recently completed a large renovation project for us, including a full rewire, upgraded central heating system, a new kitchen, new bathroom, new roof, and a new WC.
The team were excellent from start to finish. They helped educate us at every step of the process and were communicative throughout. Scott also offered helpful design input and advice to ensure we achieved exactly what we wanted from the renovation in the most economical way possible. The team were attentive throughout and the quality of the finish is excellent.
The quote they provided before the job started was also bang on target, which we really appreciated.
I would highly recommend Ultra Property Services and will definitely be using them again in the future. We are extremely happy with the final result.

Recently completed a full renovation in combination with rear extension of my house in Wimbledon with Ultra Property. Scott and Liam were great throughout the process. Communication and problem solving were fantastic with great attention to detail and a high quality end product.
The Ultra team work diligently and are highly professional. The project was fairly large with a projected time of completion around the 6 month mark. Everything ran smoothly hitting milestones and a prompt completion time.
Would highly recommend their services and will gladly utilise them for future projects.

Liam and Scott totally transformed my bathroom! They were so easy to work with from start to finish and kept me updated throughout the project. They remodelled it from a dated bath and shower unit into a beautiful tiled bathroom and walk in shower - couldn't be happier! Would recommend to anyone and would use them again!

Scott did a lovely job on my place and was a good guy to work with!

Ultra completed a full downstairs renovation of our property in Wokingham. They transformed our former box layout, taking out walls and building a new extension to create a beautiful walk through kitchen diner, playroom and utility. The results are incredible and have Completely changed how we can live in the property.
Ultra took time to diligently understand our needs and delivered on our vision to perfection.
They brought the project in on time and in line with budget and kept us fully informed all the way through. The project management and communication from both Liam and Scott was excellent, both of whom went above and beyond to understand our needs and help.
The craftsmanship and final product is exceptional and we could not rate them highly enough.
We wouldn’t use any one else moving forward.

Working with Ultra Property has been great - Liam & Scott's construction expertise and technical ability were evident from the outset, and they approached every challenge with sharp problem-solving and solid workmanship—particularly in skilfully resolving issues that stemmed from shortcomings in my initial design and architectural plans. As with any major build, a few issues arose, but these were handled with professionalism, transparency, and effective negotiation. Their ability to navigate complexity while keeping the project moving was impressive. Equally strong were their soft skills—clear communication, conflict resolution, and decisive project management kept things on track. Their network of tradespeople was faultless - Genuinely top notch and nice guys too.... I'm extremely pleased with the result and would confidently recommend them - Happy to be contacted for reference.

We used Ultra Property Services to build a small extension on the back of our ground floor flat to house a new kitchen and new spare room. We cannot recommend Scott and Liam enough. They are so friendly, personable and the level of work is incredible. The thing that impressed us the most was their communication, they kept us up to date with everything little thing through out the build so nothing was done without our permission or came as a shock to us. Even when we had to take on jobs ourselves due to our finances, they were even gracious enough to give us advice on how best to tackle a job. We will be recommending Scott, Liam and their team to anyone and everyone who is considering getting work done.

Liam and Scott were excellent. They communicated well throughout the project and always gave good advice. I chose to work with them initially because I felt they had really good creative ideas to balance the best finish and also price. They clearly had lots of experience and were able to meet mine and my families needs with different options and solutions. I would highly recommend them, Ultra Property Services was a pleasure to work with.

Great experience with the guys at Ultra. They provided a faultless service for an urgent request to investigate & fix a flooring issue in a dated property extension.
The guys were onsite same day to review the damage & provided a follow up quote next day. They took the time to clearly explain the various options to us to ensure we got the right result. Work was then completed within a couple of days, that same week.
Would happily recommend Scott & Liam to anyone.

Ultra Builders were fantastic on our project. Fast, efficient and incredibly helpful. I’ll definitely use them again on future jobs.

Scott and Liam were brilliant to work with from start to finish of our full renovation project. We did everything from new walls, bathrooms, stairs, full new electrics, plumbing, ceilings and floors and they have a fantastic team working with them and they take full accountability of quality across the whole project. They were great at giving recommendations and suggestions throughout that we would never have thought of, and we were incredibly pleased with the final result that was delivered on time. They dealt with any hiccups professionally and we would absolutely use them again for any project.

Ultra has been amazing! The team is professional, knowledgeable, talented, reliable, punctual, respectful, and has excellent tastes in design. They were able to provide pragmatic solutions to all unexpected issues and anticipated many. Ultra has demonstrated excellent abilities to come up with fast and pragmatic solutions, even going beyond their duty of care to rectify problems created by other involved parties not associated with Ultra to ensure we stayed on the correct time frame. We can’t recommend Ultra enough. They delivered within deadlines which we understand is unusual in the building trade. They are also very pleasant to work with and have a great sense of humour!

The team at Ultra completed a full-home renovation of our house in Balham, which included a two-storey rear extension and reconfiguration of existing rooms. This was a major and complex project which the team at Ultra completed to an incredibly high standard, on schedule, and with a keen eye on keeping the job within our budget.
Liam, Scott and the rest of the Ultra team, as well as the portfolio of subcontractors that they work with were highly professional, reliable, punctual and communicative. They played an effective role in project management, working closely with our own architect, designer and other selected partners. Their attention to detail and desire to deliver on client requirement are unquestioned. In particular, we appreciated the fact that they would identify potential issues ahead of time and suggest alternative courses of action. Additionally, they also had the talent and nous to be able to spot opportunities to improve on our existing design, and relationships with other suppliers who could then help us optimise the quality of the work.
Two things stood out in our dealings with Ultra, particularly when compared to other contractors and firms we had dealt with; firstly, this is a highly motivated team who care deeply about the quality of their service, and are highly responsive. There was never a moment where we were not in constant communication throughout the duration of the project, and the Ultra team were incredibly quick at responding to our queries and questions at all stages of the assignment (something which we did not experience when dealing with other firms). Second, it is important to note that Ultra were not the cheapest firm who quoted to carry out the project for us when we initially tendered, however it is clear to observe now that their accuracy and honesty in quoting is unmatched. They delivered the project on budget, and where additional costs were incurred, this was either due to unforeseen circumstances (which were always signalled well in advance by the site team) or when we decided to extend the scope of work following helpful design recommendations from the team. Again, this is not something we experienced when dealing with other firms, when many 'expensive surprises' were encountered after the project had commenced.
Overall, we would wholeheartedly recommend working with Ultra and their partners. The multidisciplinary team has a wealth of experience, talent, enthusiasm and a strong work ethic and this is clearly evident in the results they achieve.

Very professional and high quality work form Ultra Property Services. They are great at explaining all the details and delivering. I would happily use their services again

Ultra Property Services are a very professional and reliable team who did a great job on our interior renovation.

We used Ultra Property Services to remodel and extend our new house. It was a four bedroom house which hadnt been touched in 50 years. They built a side return, a new kitchen, knocked down 3 interior walls, added 4 RSJs, replasterered the whole house, new plumbing and electrics, a new bathroom, a new kitchen, split a room into a larger sitting room and a new downstairs bathroom and utility room. They did all of this in 9 weeks in the run up to christmas so we could be in our new house for Christmas day.
I cannot recommend them enough, they were responsive, hard working, every problem had a solution, really good communication and delivered a complex project ahead of time, even though we had found things that could cause delay.
I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Ultra Property Services renovated 2 outdated bedrooms in my Victorian built home in Clapham, into a master bedroom, dressing room and en-suite bathroom. The job was completed to the highest spec with great detail in the design and finish. Scott and Liam are passionate about their work and kept good communication from start to finish.

Scott and Liam are great to work with. They did my renovation works on my flat and from day one were communicative, professional and lovely to deal with. They were present throughout the project - unlike some building companies I experienced where the main people tend to go missing after day one! Any difficulties, Scott and Liam worked really hard to solve and minimise any stress to me. Great carpentry, electrics, plastering...they are the complete package. Very happy with the end result and will recommend them to anyone.

Liam and Scott have done an amazing job at our house! The kitchen and living room look like magazine worthyThey charge a fair price for their work!

We have a small London garden and were looking for a discrete bbq storage unit, that gave us more storage space without taking up our entire patio. We also wanted some built in wooden seating for the same reason, as we had limited space. Scott helped us design the unit, I shared pictures of the seating for ideas. He then helped us source a slate top for the unit and worked through rain and shine to build both pieces of us. It’s added so much to our garden as we love hosting friends and family for bbqs and gatherings, and can now do so comfortably. Scott was friendly, reliable, on time and responsive throughout the project. He produced good quality bespoke outdoor furniture for us at a fair price. Thanks Scott!

Scott and Liam are hard working perfectionists and highly skilled at carpentry. We would B very happy to hire them again. Thank you!

Ultra Property services renovated my master bedroom and en-suite bathroom. They finished the job to the highest spec, any questions I had regarding the renovation were answered with extensive knowledge.
I cant recommend this company enough, Scott and Liam were a joy to work with and made whole process seamless and stress-free.

We had a new bathroom put in upstairs with a new skylight - and also a small study next to it. We then reworked the kitchen to remove the old bathroom and add a small utility with a bigger kitchen space. Great quality work! We had a week by week schedule which was pretty much stuck to, and great communication. Scott and Liam are really lovely guys which is good when having people in your house. I also didn’t feel talked down to, and at no point did they ask to speak to my husband (something that has happened with previous builders!) I felt listened to and respected which really goes a long way. Would definitely recommend.

My partner and I hired Ultra Property Services to build a ground floor extension to the rear of our property along with a complete kitchen refurbishment.
We were extremely impressed with the level of expertise and professionalism displayed by Scott, Liam and their team as well as the quality of their work. They were accommodating to the various design changes and communicated any potential issues promptly. We asked for the project to be completed by Christmas and as a result, they worked tirelessly to ensure it was delivered on time and on budget. We are over the moon with the end result and would highly recommend!
